One can see it in the eyes,
Distant stares enveloping blankness as the expression on their faces.
Eyes suddenly twitching rapidly for no apparent reason going back to the blank stare then back to normal as suddenly as it started.

Some has evolved into blank and vicious violence cold as the metal slab in the morgue awaiting your body. No warning just pain as metal hits flesh with a dull tud, teeth burst through skin fat muscle and bone; blood, warm, everywhere without a care.
